Mark Berg's Fishing Addiction is a TV show on 7mate. Mark Berg's Fishing Addiction is an Australian reality show created for television and hosted by fishing expert Mark Berg as he travels the country in exploration of the very best best fishing spots. Each episode Berg takes one other fishing enthusiast with him on a trip to an unknown and often remote location, and he then provides each guest adventurer with a challenge. Finishing this challenge succesfully wins them $10'000 worth of high quality fishing gear. Over the years Mark Berg's Fishing Addiction has gained a loyal following amongst the Australian television-watching audiences. Especially the concept of inviting another fishing addict along on the travels has been met with a lot of praise and enthusiasm from both critics and viewers. The program has been available since 2022. A total of 17 episodes have been broadcast, most recently in May 2024.
