Christopher ropes Blaze into a business trip to Cape Town in order to land an investment opportunity fronted by a Chinese billionaire. While there, Blaze runs into an old flame, who is now a Hollywood actress, Bay Crystal, and the spark between them is electric. He also runs into his deadbeat dad, Archie, who within a day of seeing him is already sowing the seeds of his destruction over the deal that is supposed to take him to the next level. Lesego, meanwhile, writes off his car in a hallucinatory stupor before finding salvation in Jade, a respected football journo, who checks him into rehab.
