Reykjavik - Popular British chef and author Ainsley Harriott travels the globe looking for new street food, finding adventure and great cooking on route. Tonight, Ainsley goes to Reykjavik, where he finds a thriving street food culture at the docks, sampling rich lobster soup, salt cod, croquettes and crayfish bakes. He meets local chefs who are building up the country's culinary reputation with the finest seafood and prepares an Icelandic delicacy - langoustines in garlic butter with wholegrain mustard and honey.
