Popular British chef and author Ainsley Harriott travels the globe looking for new street food, finding adventure and great cooking on route. His world tour moves on to Osaka, Japan, birthplace of the sushi conveyor belt and the pot noodle. Ainsley prepares local pancake delicacy okonomiyaki, oyster tempura and udon noodles with chilli prawns and peanuts, and visits a restaurant that specialises in raw chicken, before exploring the grills of the city's Korean district.
