Rob Bell goes inside the RMS Queen Mary - the most famous ocean liner ever built and the first merchant naval ship ever to have been launched by a reigning sovereign. Rob continues his quest to learn more about Britain's Royal ships revealing the incredible history of this leviathan of the oceans. Built in the throes of the Great depression the Queen Mary lifted a nation out of an economic slump and re-established Britain as the greatest shipbuilding country on earth. In the 1930's The Queen Mary was a ship that would capture the prestigious Blue Riband for the fastest Transatlantic passage - a record she'd keep for an unprecedented 11 years.
