Murder Uncovered

Murder Uncovered is an Australian true-crime series written for television and hosted by the well-known Australian reporter and TV presenter Michael Usher. The premise of Murder Uncovered is the reopening and further investigation of infamous Australian homicide and crime cases. Each episode of the show revolves around a specific criminal case Murder Uncovered (and its network Seven) became involved in a real-life trial of the subject of one of their episodes at the start of 2017. In a gangland murder case Stephen Aisling was charged with (and later found guilty of) murdering Graham Kinniburgh in 2003. Murder Uncovered was investigating the case at the same time as the trial, and the Victorian Supreme Court was concerned about the episode possibly causing prejudice amongst the jurors, which could lead to the entire jury being discharged. The episode in question was aired later on in the season.
