While Lucie discovers the extent of how the municipality has been manipulated by Simoni and Eva, Frank is appointed police chief by Simoni.
Its July 13 2022, and Lucie invites Frank, Kamel, Pujol and Corinne to celebrate the implementation of the Transparency Law. The law is seen by everyone differently, with some fearing the moment when it will be necessary to be without clothes.
While the assassination of Jean Lanvin upsets the whole community, Frank returns to live with his parents, but he cannot adapt to the new law. He stays fully dressed and does not want to go out.
Frank returns to the police force, but he is reduced to secretarial duties under the direction of Lucie. His return to work is made all the worse when his colleagues continue to make fun of him.
Finally finding an investigative role more in line with his skills, Frank tries to advance on the Lanvin case. He is working on several promising leads, but his daily life in the world of nudity is difficult.
Miraculously saved, Frank is taken in hand by Fanny, a psychoanalyst with radical methods that forces him to confront himself - both in his truth and in his nakedness.
Frank and Lucie advance in their investigation of Jean Lanvin's death. A lead takes them to Le Chéri, the swingers club in the city where everyone is dressed. The two policemen infiltrate the establishment.
Lucie is willing to infiltrate the rebels' camp pretending to be a refractory who wants to join the cause. She finally discovers that they are not dangerous terrorists but rather nice protesters.
Franck Fish wakes to find himself in a hospital bed, completely disoriented. Coming out of a coma eight years after being shot at during an intervention, Franck is stunned to be in 2026.
Franck's family and doctors explain the reason behind their nudity, the Transparency Act of 2022, which enforces people to be naked for security reasons.
