It's here that Poh learns the basics of northern Thai cooking, including how to prepare Khao Soi, the most famous of this region's dishes. Next it's Bangkok, where Poh is introduced to the women of a Muslim community who produce the chilli based condiment, nam prik. Then Poh meets Australian chef Dylan Jones and his Thai partner Bo, who are fast making a name for themselves in Bangkok.
