Poh's Kitchen On The Road - Season 2 Episode 11 - Wild Beef
Poh's road trip takes her to WA's remote East Kimberley - cattle country. On arrival, Poh enjoys the full-on outback cattle experience at Home Valley Station, something she’s always dreamt of. Famed as a location used by Baz Luhrmann in the film, Australia, Home Valley Station is run by the traditional owners, and Poh gets down and dirty immediately by taking part in her first muster. Tara Johnson, an apprentice chef at the Home Valley kitchen, cooks sirloin steak on an open fire, using local bush ingredients to create a great dish that celebrates her home.
