Looking at the extraordinary wildlife in the area known as the Sea of Okhotsk in Russia. For years the area was restricted as a result of the forced labour camps, the infamous gulags. The camps are a thing of the past and many of the former prisoners have moved away. The region is, once again, almost entirely devoid of humans. It’s both hell and paradise for the few people and innumerable wild animals who habitate here.
