Together they share some of their secrets of traditional Spanish dishes including tortilla de patatas and asadillo. Fusing local produce with native foods, all sourced on country in his beloved Gumbaynggirr lands, Indigenous chef Clayton Donovan cooks up two of his young family’s favourite meals - kangaroo san Choy bow and oysters with finger lime, carrot Foam and avocado cream.
