In his curry crusade, Hudson learns about the different spices and ingredients that constitutes an authentic Indian curry. He discovers elevated renditions of curries from burgers to curry fish heads.
Hudson travels halfway across the globe to the sunny island of Singapore. Here, he re-discovers his love for Asian noodles and gets in touch with his eastern heritage.
Back home in Los Angeles, Hudson gets nose-deep in nose to tail cooking. Hacking away at raw carcasses and pulling offal, Hudson butchers his way through exotic recipes and ingredients.
Having never tasted soul food in Louisiana, it has always been a dream of Hudson's to have a chance to cook Creole and Cajun cuisines. He learns the generations old recipes that make them so iconic.
Houston, Texas is known as the land of smokehouses and barbeques and it's here that Hudson learns fusion techniques to smoke meat, grill fajitas and create barbeque using a wok!
Fresh in the kitchen, Hudson needs to beef up his culinary foundations. Starting in his own backyard of Los Angeles, California - he must learn the skills needed to kickstart his culinary adventure.
