Season 2
Three of the six Arcathlon events are left in the competition and many points are still up for grabs. Adam continues his reign atop the Leaderboard, but Evan and Gage are within striking distance. The winner is crowned.
Perdita gathers the athletes for the most astonishing announcement ever in ARC history. Estella is devastated and the athletes are alarmed, annoyed and anxious.
It's the second last week of the competition and the athletes are clueless about the sport of curling and realise quickly its harder than it looks.
With only three sports left in the competition, the feeling is that Evan can't be caught in the overall standings but perhaps Perdita's pep-talk will inspire the athletes to push themselves beyond their limits.
Ice Climbing is extreme and so is the learning curve. The start of training makes Rajan face his biggest fear and Adam gets flustered easily. Caitlyn perseveres, Estella rebounds and Evan and Gage continue their rivalry.
There's a huge gender divide as the boys are excelling faster than the girls as they tackle the boxes, rails and jumps in Snowboarding. The training is intense and grueling and visits to the medic are piling up.
Losing is starting to weigh heavily on Ellyn and Rajan and they are determined to change things. The athletes learn very quickly that Luge is harder than it looks and dangerous.
Emotions run at an all-time high in Cross Country Skiing as Rajan struggles with his place at the bottom of the Leaderboard while Gage's desperation to podium adds pressure.
All the athletes are excited for Dog Mushing except Caiyla, who is not comfortable around dogs. Adam loses focus while Rajan and Sloane struggle with the sport. Gage's frustration mounts as he attempts to make the podium.
The training for Figure Skating is intense as the athletes deal with toe picks, pivots and presentation. For Gage, being at the bottom of the leaderboard is affecting his confidence; Sloane deals with devastation.
Ten elite athletes representing different sports compete in the ultimate sports competition. Freestyle Skiing is the first sport and Gage must train his fellow athletes for the first competition in only three days.
Season 1
The athletes learn that they must compete in five more events with the title still up for grabs.
The athletes are sad for the last week, but they are shocked to learn the competition is not over!
Engines and emotions run high in a race filled with twists, turns and trouble for some athletes.
