In this episode about the body, he looks for the latest methods to preserve our heart health, bones and muscles. Michael travels to Okinawa in Japan - an island famous for its long living people. He samples their unique diet and discovers that the Okinawan custom of forming lifelong social groups called 'Moai' could be one reason for their low levels of heart disease.
