Enthused by the first convincing moving film footage of the monster, TV presenter and conservationist Peter Scott joins the hunt, by trying to engage the scientific world. The Loch Ness Phenomena Investigation Bureau is formed and expeditions are mounted securing yet more compelling film footage. Yet, while the scientific establishment remain firmly unconvinced, American Robert Rines captures what appears to be the 'flipper', 'whole body' and 'head' of the beast underwater. This time it's evidence science cannot ignore.
