The arrival of a retired police dog, Gunner, at camp coincides with accusations of theft from the Pet Palace. Will the new arrival prove a help or a hindrance into solving the mystery of the Pets' missing stuff?

Boog and Elliot open up a hair salon, and soon find that their new enterprise has attracted the attentions of the local gangster 'Woolly the Bully' who puts unreasonable demands on them and their new business.
