Sydney Weekender

Sydney Weekender is a TV show on Seven. Sydney Weekender is an Australian travel show made for television that originally aired on the Seven Network (in New South Wales) and on 7Two elsewhere in Australia. The program visits various locations in the state of New South Wales and features activities, attractions, and dining options. The enormous success of the show has resulted in several spin-offs over the years, including Melbourne Weekender, Queensland Weekender, and WA Weekender. Throughout the years, Sydney Weekender has had different presenters. Some of the best-known names are Australian media personality Melanie Symons, Australian radio and television presenter Lizzie Lovette, and Australian presenter and media personality Sonia Kruger, just to name a few. The show has been hosted by Australian television personality and former national cricketer Mark Whitney ever since its first episode in 1994. The program has been available since 2025. A total of 50 episodes have been broadcast, most recently in March 2026.
