Hayden starts the day with an early morning run with his running club, before he gets his BBQ on to serve up a glazed salmon side, hot pork rolls, and a mushroom and ricotta pizza.
The BBQ is setup on the pier overlooking Little Manly on a perfect day for Hayden's recipes: Portuguese chicken burgers, tarte Tatin, and mushroom-stuffed salmon.
Hayden sets up the BBQ in the park at Little Manly Point and has a tasty range of dishes ready to go: butterflied chicken, salmon flatbreads, and rotisserie mushrooms.
