The Cook Up With Adam Liaw is a TV show on SBS ONE. The Cook Up with Adam Liaw is an Australian cooking television show hosted by Malaysian Australian cook, author, and television presenter Adam Liaw. Every day, he is joined by special guests, including celebrities and other chefs, as they prepare food and share all kinds of tips and tricks of the trade together. Food, culture, celebrities, humour, they are all on the menu to hopefully spark a bit of inspiration in its viewers. The Cook Up host Adam Liaw rose to prominence in Australia as the winner of the second series of MasterChef Australia. His victory against student Callum Hann incredibly became the most-watched non-sporting event in the history of Australian television. Since then, he has featured in different travel and food shows for television, including Destination Flavour on the SBS network and Hidden Japan with Adam Liaw on SBS Food Network. The program has been available since 2025. A total of 96 episodes have been broadcast, most recently in March 2026.
