Andy returna from his boat trip, to find the office resentful of his long absence. Meanwhile, to take advantage of Valentine's Day couple's deals at the mall, Dunder Mifflin-ers devise fake relationships with each other.
After Andy discovers Erin and Pete are a couple, he hires their exes to create drama. Pam interviews at a Philly real estate firm, which has similar office antics to Dunder Mifflin.
Dwight interviews a new sales rep and has to choose between his unique friends and Clark. Pam misses her boom guy after he is put on probation and reassigned elsewhere in the bullpen.
Nellie stages bonding exercises among all the employees after Pam's mural is vandalised. Meanwhile, Dwight and Clark take a more violent route to justice. Jim and Darryl share a sublet and have roommate troubles.
When Jim bails on a sales call, Dwight is left to improvise with Clark as a father-son duo. Pam accompanies Darryl on his road trip to interview at Jim's new company and finds things aren't as they seem.
After discovering that Darryl works for Jim's new company, Dwight concocts creative plans to keep Darryl with Dunder Mifflin. Nellie recruits Pete and Erin to head Dunder Mifflin's social media presence.
Everyone has forgotten about the Christmas party so Pam lets Dwight do his family's Pennsylvania Dutch Christmas Party. In the middle of the party, Jim leaves to start work in Philly the following day.
A lice outbreak at the office has everyone up in arms and Erin in charge. Jim tries to play it cool during a meeting with a famed pro basketball player, and Pam tries to do the same at home.
In hopes to spend time with Pam, Jim forces Dwight to close the office and spend money on building repairs. Andy refuses to read Nellie's adoption letter, so Erin steps in to help her.
With Nellie's driver's test approaching, she asks Pam for some driving lessons. When Andy assigns Nellie a genealogy project, she uses it to her own advantage and convinces Andy that he and Michelle Obama are distant cousins.
The women of Dunder Mifflin give Dwight lady lessons to prepare him to close a coveted deal with a female client. Angela and Oscar investigate the Senator's suspicious behavior in a yoga studio.
Angela discovers the Senator is having an affair with Oscar and asks Dwight to "take care of it". Meanwhile Pam agrees to paint the warehouse mural while the rest of the office builds a tower made of customer complaint cards.
Kevin stumbles upon Oscar's affair with the Senator, and tries to keep their secret. Erin attempts to comfort Andy after his family's financial meltdown. Meanwhile, Nellie, Jim and Pam play a prank on Dwight.
Roy's surprise performance for Lara at their wedding instigates Jim and Pam to find out something new about each other. After Nellie forces Dwight to support a charity, he chooses a charity that supports an inhumane group.
Andy returns from a "leadership retreat" with newfound confidence in his management abilities, which leads to a disagreement with Toby. Meanwhile, two new employees arrive that remind the others of a younger Jim and Dwight.
When Jim's partners invest some of their own money for the new business venture, Jim feels obligated and convinces Pam to pitch in some of their own money as well. Dwight finds a Xanax in between one of the office couches.
March 2020
All the warehouse workers win the lottery. After the warehouse guys win the lotto and quit, everyone in the office dreams of what it would be like to win big. Andy and Darryl search for new warehouse employees.
Andy decides to throw a garden party to impress Robert California. Dwight researches how to host a garden party and thinks he has made it a very classy event. Meanwhile, Andy's family attend, making him feel self-conscious.
Erin struggles to make the Halloween party at the office exactly how Andy and Robert California want it. Meanwhile, Jim and Pam argue about whether ghosts are real, and Dwight bonds with Robert's 11-year-old son, Bert.
Dwight tries to help the office's efficiency by installing a Doomsday device that will get them all fired if they make too many mistakes.
