Molly catch up
Molly is an Australian miniseries, consisting of two parts, about Australian music legend Ian Alexander “Molly” Meldrum. The series is based on his biography The Never, Um... Ever Ending Story by journalist Jeff Jenkins. Meldrum has often been credited for having an essential influence on the Australian music scene throughout the 1970's, 1980's and the 1990's. The Molly documentary was named the highest-rated non-sport program in Australia in 2016, and a year later Samuel Johnson, who portrays Molly Meldrum in the series, was awarded a Gold Logie for his work on Molly. The show's soundtrack was bundled into a three-disc collection called Molly: Do Yourself a Favor, which reached the first position on the ARIA Albums Chart in 2015.
