Restoration Workshop

Restoration Workshop is a British lifestyle television program commissioned by UKTV for its factual channel Yesterday that follows antiques dealer and expert restorer Gary Wallis and his team as they work from their Restoration Yard in picturesque Henley-on-Thames. He and his teams are masters at creating high-end pieces of art and the viewers follows them on their quest to buy items with hidden potential to be turned into great items. Using lost techniques and high-end craftsmanship, each episode of Restoration Workshop follows Gary as he seeks and purchases items. These are then brought into the workshop and either handed to one of his skilled colleagues or taken on by Gary himself, to be reinvented and given a new lease of life. From barns full of old treasures in the Oxfordshire country to vintage Bentley engine parts, this series is for the antiques enthusiasts.
