It is executive produced by American the famous comedian and television host Ellen DeGeneres and narrated by American actress Drew Barrymore (Charlie's Angels, Donnie Darko, He's Just Not That Into You). First Dates is entirely recorded at the MK Restaurant in Chicago, United Stated, where a large group of people who don't know each other is on blind dates. Through interviews at the end of each episodes the couples give an interview in which they talk about their date, and about whether they would like to go out together again.
