AFL Footy Show
The AFL Footy Show, which is also known as The Footy Show, is an Australian sports and variety entertainment show written for television. It covers the weekly developments in and around the Australian Football League and Australian rules football, with a focus on football-related entertainment news, including previews of the matches to come, interviews with active and former players and news reports. As of 2017, the AFL Footy Show has been nominated for the Logie Award for Most Popular Sports Program ever since the award was introduced for the first time in 1996. The show's fixed presenters are often joined by guest presenters, such as Alex Rance, professional Australian rules football player for Richmond, Shane Crawford, former Australian rules football player, and Australian comedian Dave Hughes.
