Destination Flavour - S1 Ep10
In the final episode of the series, Adam Liaw travels to Okinawa, the island home of his favourite Japanese meals. The cuisine is made up of an eclectic assortment of unique dishes that includes Taco Rice, big beefy burgers, popping seaweed, black-sugar doughnuts, purple-flesh potato mochi, succulent pork and so much more. Okinawans are world famous for their longevity but Adam is left wondering if that’s because of their unique diets or their love of singing and dancing.

Destination Flavour is an Australian food and travel show written for television and hosted by Adam Liaw, the winner of MasterChef Australia in 2010. His victory that year is one of the most watched non-sporting events in the history of Australian television. For Destination Flavour he travels Australia, together with Renee Lim and Lily Serna, searching for people who have dedicated their lives to producing the best food imaginable, from farmers to top-notch chefs.
